With more than 50 years of establishment, Tiko has its own design center and production plant in Hong Kong and Shenzhen China respectively. With a floor area over 24,000 square meters, the production plant is supported by more than 500 enthusiastic skilled staff.

Tiko is able to provide a one stop solution to its customers including research and development, 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, tool building, product testing and production. The production plant consists of different functional departments including injection molding, sheet metal forming, sharpener blade production, silicone products production, surface treatment workshop, electronic assembly line and product assembly line. The production equipments include Japanese fully electric injection molding machine, German blade production line and high speed machine center.
To ensure quality, Tiko possesses an in-house laboratory to inspect all incoming materials. This is critical to ensure that all products fulfill the RoHS, REACH and EN 71 requirements.
The management system of the production plant is certified with ISO9001 and ISO14001, which proves that the quality and environmental protection abilities of Tiko. As an extension of the popular 5S approach, the production plan has further extended the approach to 16S, which is the pioneer in the world in using this approach. To ensure the mission of continuous improvement, the company has implemented Kaizen and Lean manufacturing in the daily operation to streamline the process and eliminate all wastages. Further enhancement projects are on the way as an eternity commitment of continues improvement.
